From the spectacular Serengeti and natural wonder of the Ngorongoro Crater to the majestic peak of Mount Kilimanjaro, there are incredible landscapes wherever you go.
Tanzania is bordered to the east by the Indian Ocean, with the world famous Zanzibar located off the coast. Like a jewel in the ocean, lined with palm trees, it is surrounded by white sand beaches that rate amongst the finest in the world.

Tanzania has long been known as one of the most beautiful areas of Africa, and in particular, the island of Zanzibar. Zanzibar is based approximately 25 miles off the coast of Tanzania and there are regular ferries that make the crossing.
It is located in the Indian Ocean, so its climate is always hot, with the lowest temperature being 22 degrees C in August, through to a high of 33 in March.
